1. Business and scope

This website is operated by Better Tomorrow Co through its technology vertical, Better Tomorrow Tech. Our portfolio includes ERP and CRM solutions, business process solutions, the Better Tomorrow Business Growth Suite and sales and marketing technology.

Tender Discovery & Intelligence is an upcoming solution. Registering interest does not constitute an order, payment commitment or promise of a launch date.

2. Service scope, quotations and payment

The service scope, plan, features, usage limits, subscription period, fees, applicable taxes, delivery arrangements and any setup or third-party charges will be stated in the relevant proposal, order confirmation, invoice or product checkout before you pay. Prices for tailored solutions depend on the requirements and agreed scope; contact us for a quotation.

A purchase covers only the items expressly included in that offer. Changes or additional work require separate agreement. Product-specific or engagement-specific terms disclosed and accepted before purchase govern the relevant details; nothing in them removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payments must be made through the payment instructions or authorised payment facilities provided for your order. Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that configuration, implementation or access provisioning is complete.

3. Delivery, activation and customer responsibilities

Digital access, setup, implementation milestones and any physical items included in an order follow the agreed delivery schedule. See our Delivery & Activation Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate business and billing information, required content, approvals, permissions and access needed to perform the agreed work. Delays in these inputs may affect timelines. Keep account credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellations

The subscription duration and any recurring billing arrangement must be disclosed before purchase. Automatic renewal applies only where you have agreed to it; it should not be assumed for every service.

To cancel a renewal, use the cancellation option provided for the product or contact tech@bettertomorrowco.in before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not reverse a payment for an already activated period. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains eligibility and exceptions.

5. Responsible use and third-party platforms

Use our website and services lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product and third-party platform terms. Do not misuse personal information, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate reviews, or use services for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Some solutions depend on external platforms, account eligibility, permissions or customer configurations. Their availability, rules and functionality can change. We do not guarantee review volumes, ratings, search rankings, lead volumes, sales, tender awards or any particular business outcome.

A material breach may result in restricted or suspended access where appropriate. Any applicable refund or remedy is assessed under our refund policy and applicable law.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Website branding and original materials belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, customer content, software and third-party licences will be addressed in the relevant engagement terms.

We aim to keep website information accurate but may correct or update it. This website provides general service information; the scope agreed for your purchase remains the relevant record of what is included.

7. Support and applicable rights

Contact our support team for service, billing, cancellation or refund concerns. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute will be handled under applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction required by that law.
