1. Digital services and subscriptions
Most Better Tomorrow Tech solutions are delivered electronically. Access details, onboarding instructions or activation confirmation are provided through your registered email address, the relevant product platform or another agreed communication channel.
The expected activation time, required customer information and any setup steps will be stated in the relevant offer or order confirmation before payment. Payment alone does not imply instant activation. Digital-only orders do not require physical shipping.
2. Implementation and configuration work
ERP, CRM, business process, configuration and other project services follow the scope and milestones agreed with you before work begins. Delivery may depend on receipt of payment, business information, content, system access, approvals or other stated prerequisites.
If these inputs are delayed or the scope changes, we will discuss the impact on the schedule. Any revised scope, charges or delivery commitments must be agreed with you.
3. NFC cards and other physical items
Physical items are supplied only when expressly included in your order. The delivery address, available shipping arrangements, charges and estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be confirmed before payment.
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or has not arrived within the agreed timeframe, contact support with your order reference and relevant details.
4. Activation or delivery issues
If you do not receive access or delivery within the agreed timeframe, check your email, including the spam folder, and contact our support team. We will review the status and discuss the appropriate next step. Refund eligibility and remedies are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Tender Intelligence remains an upcoming solution. Registering interest is not a purchase and does not create a delivery commitment.
